ARCA - Adult Riding Club Association

Picture
ARCA Representatives Kylie Gerick and Amanda Clark
ARCA is the association of adult riding clubs for the purpose of organising three inter-club challenges throughout the year.

The ARCA challenges are a very casual, relaxed competition environment open to everyone.

For each challenge there is a High Point Club Trophy and a Handicap Trophy for the club with the most point per member competing.

The cost of attending an ARCA Challenge is usually around $50 for the whole day with a possible additional cost for stables or insurance depending on the venue. The cost of each event will be confirm on the entry forms available to download from this page.

April 17 - 2016 arca autumn dressage challenge

What a fantastic day! The weather was very kind - although it was forecast for storms the rain held off (mostly) and it was quite pleasant riding.
With 150 tests ridden, and between 70-80 riders, the day was very busy but ran well. The feedback has been very positive and we are very proud to have hosted this.

Thanks to our sponsors Maxisoy, Horseland, Off the Track and Penrose Park Garlands and Rug Repairs for providing prizes and vouchers for our winners. Our show could not have been so successful without the support of our sponsors.

The results are posted below.

ARCA Challenge update: It's 9pm on Friday night a week before the show, and I regret to tell everyone that we have had to close entries early tonight due to an overwhelmingly large number of entries! It's fantastic to see the support that has been given to this challenge, but we just cannot fit anymore people in! We are looking forward to a fantastic day of dressage :)
It's coming! April 17 will bring us the Dressage Challenge hosted by our very own club - MARG! There will be a test at each level up to and including Medium as well as Freestyles for each level and even a Pas De Deux.
To qualify for the high point trophy you will need to do a standard test, as well as a freestyle test at the same level.
Sound like fun?
Program below and the entry button below will take you directly to the event on Global Entries Online.

What are you waiting for?
