We are the #MARGFamily!

Magenup adult riders is a fun and inclusive club catering to all level of riders and horses. We run clinics on the last Sunday of the month consisting of flat work/dressage, show jumping, in-hand, poles, as well as workshop demonstrations and specialty lessons.

Our goals?
Create a club that is supportive, enjoy our horses, have fun and occasionally learn something new!

MARG is affiliated with the Adult Riders Club Association and as a member you are able to compete at the 3 ARCA events held every year. These events are great fun, supportive and encouraging for everyone.

Introducing our 2024 Committee

MARG is run by a committee of volunteer’s. As a not for profit organization, the committee members work together to run clinics and events, maintain the grounds, and ensure that they are working toward the common goal to encourage and inspire members to participate, grow and reach personal goals.

The general committee consists of Jan, Missa, Justine, Alicia, and Hannah who are the engines that make the magic happen. From scheduling, coaches and events to social media. They are at every clinic and event supporting our members

Without this army of warriors MARG would not be the wonderful club it is today.

MARG Constitution

The objectives for which The Group is established shall be:

To provide members with a high standard of instruction in the equestrian art
To encourage members in the training of their horses in obedience and deportment
To encourage and foster horsemanship and good spirit within The Group
To encourage members to compete in official and un-official competitions

Insurance and Safety

MARG is an EWA affiliated club with public liability Insurance through AON.
This insurance covers the club (committee members, ordinary members, officials and volunteers) for causing bodily injury or property damage due to a THIRD PARTY whilst attending/conducting designated club activities. However it is important to note that any claims result in a $2,500.00 excess payable by the person liable.

Our insurance cover states that all riding hats must meet current Australian Standards, and must be worn at all times when mounted, whether in or out of the arena. Suitable footwear must also be warn.

It is highly recommended that members take out separate membership with either the EA or the PCAWA to cover themselves for personal liability/accident.
