Clinics
You will find MARG clinics under the events tab.
Select ‘Coaching’ and ‘Western Australia’ to find the latest clinic.

Entering
You may enter 2 lessons per clinic and bring up to 2 horses to ride.
Select your preferred coach, select the lesson/s you wish to enter.
If you have selected 2 lessons, select the ‘Combination Discount’ for $10 off.
Select you preferred Helper Duty

Our Grounds
Undercover tie up bays, Yards, surrounded by shady trees, Stallion boxes and stables Access to water and a wash bay.
Club rooms with toilet facilities and kitchen and Showers.
Warm up arena, Large all weather river sand riding arena, access to trails and fantastic jumping equipment including some Jump for Joy jumps.

Lessons
Flatwork and/or jumping lessons start at 8am. We endeavour to finish by 2.00 however this depends on clinic participants. We also offer poles, groundwork and working equitation lessons at various clinics throughout the year.
Each shared lesson is 1 hour with approximately 3-4 riders per class, please be warmed up ready to ride.
You are welcome to do one or two lessons with the added bonus that the combination is your choice. If you are riding in two lessons, we will give you at least a 1 hour break in-between your classes wherever possible. We do our best at all times to book you with your preferred instructor, but this is not always possible. Unfortunately you are unable to specify a time you wish to ride but you are most welcome to place a comment with your entry if you have a requirement or preference.

Upon Arrival
Please sign in at the clubhouse before riding, and sign out prior to leaving. This is to ensure that we know who is on the property at all times.
A lesson and helper schedule will be posted on our website and facebook page a few days prior to the clinic. Emails will also be sent via Global Entries. Please check your times before arriving.
We ask that you have warmed up in the yellow sand arena and present yourself on time to your instructor.
All manure and hay must be picked up around the yards and arenas.

Can't Make It?
Please advise our clinic organizer ASAP info@magenupadultriders.com if you are unable to ride at a clinic you have booked and paid for.
Refunds or roll over’s will only be provided with a medical or vet certificate.
UNIFORMS
It is a compulsory requirement that all riders wear a MARG shirt, short or long sleave and a MARG saddle blanket. There are always new stock on hand and at various times there are second hand or reduced items available for sale – alternatively your are welcome to ask the MARG Member FB Group if there is any items members would like to sell.
Payments are accepted through direct bank transfer or Cash on Collection or EFT on Clinic days.
Alternatively contact the committee to enquire about anything regarding the uniforms.
Who Are Our Coaches?
Our resident coaches for several years now have been the wonderful combination of Colin Chantler and Jenna Henley.
Between them these two coaches offer different however correct approaches and even more importantly they are very supportive of our family of riders both at club days and our social or show events.
2023 promises to offer our members even more diversity and access to learning with the introduction of some Working Equitation, Workshop Talks and Presentations together with active social events and guest coaches.
More about Colin Chantler
Colin was recently awarded the 2019 Coach of the year award at the EWA awards night with over 30 year’s experience in training and developing horses from first rides to FEI.
Colin has produced FEI riders from the start by developing horse and rider, catering for all levels and abilities. He currently has students competing successfully FEI dressage, 3* Eventing to Pony Club events and can assist in establishing the basics so your horse can move forward with correct training and confidence.
More about Jenna Henley
In 2014 Jenna traveled to Europe for a year of riding and training. and in 2008 Jenna was privileged enough to get the opportunity to ride and train alongside Olympic and numerous World Cup rider Anky Van Grunsven.
Jenna returned again to Holland in 2011 to train with Dutch Olympic coach Johan and Penny Rockx, before riding and training under numerous world class riders including Petri Bax, Joyce Lenaerts and Marcel Sterrenburg.
Jenna can cater for all levels of flat work and ages/riding levels. I’m also available for training and schooling. My teaching style is very organic- looking to clarify communications between horse and rider through softness and rider awareness.
